Polish successes in new guide Michlin

Bottigliera 1881 in Cracow was promoted from having one star to two stars.

Sheff Przemysław Klima specializes in serving traditional polish dishes with top

class quality ingredients. however in order to find a table one must order months

in advance.

Guide Michelin people have visited Poznan for the first time and awarded one star

to a restaurant named Muga. the restaurant is situated at the ground floor of a residential building, and specializes in fine dining.

Nuta restaurant in Warsaw has also been awarded one star. the Sheff, is the famous

Andrea Camastra who owned the famous restaurant Senses, which had been closed during the pandemic. Nuta specializes in modern polish kitchen with touches of Italian and Asian tastes.

Six restaurants have received the title Bib Gourmand meaning good food with reasonable

prices
