Minimum wage

As of 1.1. 23 minimum wage in Poland is standing at 3.490 PLN per month.

As of 1.7.23 minimum monthly wages will reach 3,600 PLN.

At the above dates minimum hourly pay shall be 22.8 PLN and 29.50 PLN respectively.

The planned raise of 1.7.23 is subject to inflation reaching a 5% rise annually.

By all accounts inflation for 2023 shall exceed 5%.

Severance pay in case of cessation of employment relations, not attributed to workers

short cummings, i.e. trimming of workforce. Shall be 52,350 PLN and 54,000 PLN respectively.
